Police investigating Boxing Day crash that killed 26-year-old man from Fredericton

SAINTE-ANNE-DE-MADAWASKA, N.B. - New Brunswick police are investigating a car crash on Boxing Day that left a man dead.

RCMP say officers were called to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 2 in Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska on Tuesday morning.

They say a 26-year-old man from Fredericton died at the scene.

Police say there were three people in the vehicle at the time of the crash.

The driver and other passenger were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska Fire Department, ambulance services and coroner's office are also involved in the investigation.
